Reports to Board of Directors. Works collaboratively with Artistic Director. Supervises all non-artistic staff. Salary range: $45,000-$50,000. Educational training/background in the arts and past participation in arts organizations is preferred. Past experience with Actors Equity Association preferred. Primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of TPTSA’s administrative functions:

• Fundraising and development: Develop fundraising strategies; cultivate relationships with donors; support key staff and Board in cultivation and stewardship, including special events planning.

• Marketing and public relations: Develop marketing strategy; strengthen brand identity; generate media exposure; serve with as spokesperson with Artistic Director for TPTSA.

• Finance: Oversee bookkeeping functions, including development, monitoring and preparation of monthly reports for operating budget, cash flow, and balance sheet.

• Board relations: With Artistic Director serve as staff liaison to Board of Directors; generate Board reports; work with Board Chair to schedule meetings.

• Personnel: Hire, train and supervise TPTSA non-artistic staff and interns; work with Board to implement and oversee personnel policy and employee benefits.

• Strategic planning: Lead execution of strategic plan that is centered around equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, and monitor progress.

• General administration: Lead staff meetings; review and approve contracts; oversee technology systems; oversee box office and front of house operations.
