Entering its 75th year, the Pittsburgh CLO is a major not-for-profit, community-based musical theater producing organization with a national reputation for artistic excellence and innovation.  It plays a significant role in the creation and development of new musicals locally, regionally and on Broadway and has an extensive education program.

This position will manage all facets of marketing and public relations for Pittsburgh CLO. This includes the strategic planning of marketing and audience development campaigns to achieve the financial goals for four product lines – The CLO Summer Season, The Cabaret Series, A MUSICAL CHRISTMAS CAROL and The CLO Education Department.

This position will mentor and supervise a six-person team – PR/Marketing Manager, Communications Coordinator, Graphic/Web Designer, Patron Services Manager, and two Group Sales Associates.

This team is responsible for reaching revenue, attendance, and publicity goals for all performances and public-facing activities.

This position will have primary control of CLO’s brand management.

Financial accountability will be expected through oversight of expense and revenue budgets.

This position is a member of the senior management team.
