Constellation Stage & Screen seeks an Associate Artistic Director to begin on or around June 1, 2023.

This is a new, full-time position which will support the Artistic office and collaborate with multiple departments. Seeking an individual with a well-rounded theater background and some producing experience, including an understanding of union contracts (AEA/SDC/USA).

The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in theater for young audiences (both production and education). This role is well-suited to a mid-career individual seeking leadership experience in regional theater.

Constellation is the largest non-profit arts organization in the Bloomington area and produces a wide variety of theatrical and film programming. The company also has a robust Education department.
