The Digital Media Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to plan, implement, and analyze paid and organic digital media, create compelling content, and manage all public digital touchpoints including website, email, social media, etc. to drive traffic, build new audiences and increase revenue for the organization.

●      Lead the organization’s Digital Marketing strategy and push for digital innovation.
●      Develop and execute both paid and organic digital media and content strategies for all ZACH initiatives, including productions, education programming, and fundraising campaigns.
●      Social Media Strategy
○      Lead social media strategy across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc., to increase sales, drive engagement and create awareness of ZACH productions and initiatives. Identify and implement new digital content marketing approaches and platforms that will lead long-term strategy.
○      Create monthly content calendars, informed by seasonal content themes, working with the Director of Marketing to ensure it is aligned to company and department strategy.
○      Manage all social communities including comments, messages, etc.
○      Maintain and monitor public business listings and review sites such as Google My Business, Yelp, etc. for ZACH Theatre and respond to reviews and comments on behalf of the organization.
●      Content and Creative
○      Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Art Director to create one holistic and cohesive creative strategy across all digital and non-digital marketing efforts.
○      Create compelling static and video content for social, emails, website, etc., often working closely with the show’s production teams and designers.
○      Creative Direct and coordinate video and photoshoots with outside photo/video teams.
○      Serve as ZACH’s website brand manager, maintaining content to ensure creative cohesion and up-to-date information. This includes leading monthly cross-department content meetings.
●      Email Marketing
○      Plan and execute ZACH’s email campaigns (2-6 emails per week) in coordination with other departments.
○      Work closely with the Associate Director of Marketing and Analytics to strategize email targeting and implement CRM targets.
●      Digital Strategy
○      Serve as the liaison for digital agency to plan, implement and analyze full-channel campaigns including paid search, display, retargeting, and paid social.
○      Generate and analyze reports of website and social activity and identify trends in analytics. Work with Associate Director of Marketing and Analytics to compare data across marketing website and TNEW, generate monthly reports on user activity and behavior to inform web, digital media, and social content strategies.
●      Other
o   Respond to audio/video requests from other departments in need of content for grant applications, development campaigns, etc.
o   Create and schedule content for digital lobby displays and outdoor projector (digital display).
●      3+ years Digital Marketing experience, preferably in arts or entertainment
●      Positive attitude and strong, collaborative work ethic
●      Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects at one time
●      Both a creative and Analytical thinker
●      Solves Problems Resourcefully

●      Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
●      Bachelor's degree + 2-4 years experience in digital marketing or 4-5 years of Marketing experience
●      Non-profit and Arts experience preferred.
●      Content creation skills, ie: photography, video editing, copywriting.
●      Deep familiarity with all social platforms, consistent voice, and tailoring content to each audience.
●      Working knowledge of Google Suite
●      Experience with Social Reporting and Management tools (Meltwater, Hootsuite, Loomly etc.), Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Adwords.
●      Demonstrated skills in Wordpress or comparable website CMS
●      Demonstrated skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and preferred video editing software. Basic HTML and website CMS skills preferred.
●      Demonstrated project and time management skills
●      Excellent written and verbal communicator
●      Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
●      Ability to work independently and as a team member
●      Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
●      Strong attention to detail
