The Account Coordinator is a unique opportunity focused on account management and marketing for that person who is fun, social, techie and has a passion for performing arts.

InstantEncore is the leading provider of mobile solutions to performing arts organizations around the globe. Our partners use the InstantEncore platform to power their mobile apps, enhance live experiences, and create deeper relationships with their audiences.

In the Coordinator role, you will manage relationships with InstantEncore’s current and future clients.  Following the closing of a sale you’ll become the central point of contact for new clients, including App Management Pro (AMP) clients. You will walk clients through their online control panel; helping them solve problems with technology in new and innovative ways. 

Understanding it’s one of the most effective ways to communicate, the Coordinator manages business social media accounts and designs powerful and effective email campaigns which deliver valuable leads.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities (75%):
  • Manage client facing relationships (including onboarding, day-to-day relationships, client retention)
  • Conduct Software Demos
  • Troubleshoot with clients
  • Owner of App Management Pro service

Digital Marketing Responsibilities (25%):
  • Create and execute emails campaigns
  • Owner of social media accounts (develop and implement one-year plan)
  • Draft and send press releases

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 1-2 years account coordination experience
  • Experience building and employing digital marketing strategy
  • SaaS or online platform environments experience
  • Social media account management experience (FB, IG, TW, SC)
  • Experienced with MS Office and Google Drive programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • HTML, CSS, image editing, and Photoshop experience a plus
  • Experience working with nonprofit arts organizations a plus

Compensation is based on experience. We have a super casual work environment, we like to play in the office and outside the office and benefits include health insurance, vacation and a fun and collaborative team-work environment.

Our office is centrally located just east of UTC in San Diego, CA. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
