Pittsburgh CLO is seeking seasonal staff members to assist with the company's 2018 Festival of New Musicals

Production Assistants will:

  • Attend all rehearsals and presentations of one assigned show
  • Assist Stage Manager with all rehearsal needs: schedules, supply prep, set-up, rehearsal reports, prop lists, etc.
  • Track daily script changes in rehearsal; maintain master rehearsal and presentation scripts
  • Run lighting/sound boards as necessary
  • Provide support to creative teams and Production staff, as necessary
  • Other duties to support CLO Staff as assigned

Ideal Abilities/Qualifications:

  • Stage Management experience
  • Excellent rehearsal room etiquette
  • Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

Approximate Start Date: March 19, 2018
Approximate End Date: April 9, 2018
