ASES Program Manager Harmonium Mission:
To promote well-being and self-sufficiency in children, youth, and adults through creative education, intervention, and prevention services rooted in collaboration with neighborhoods and families Status: Exempt Program Service Area: Children’s Programs Department: PrimeTime

Salary: $52,000 - $58,000 annually

Reports to: Chief Program Officer Direct Report: Lead Program Specialist II (2), Program Specialist II (6), Parent & Student Liaison Org

Level: Senior Management EEO Job Category: Executive/Senior Level Officials and Managers

Description: The ASES Program Manager is responsible for the operational success of ASES programs. The Program Manager creates and manages high-performance teams that have a common purpose, are goal oriented, and are accountable for achieving excellence with measurable results and outcomes.

Minimum Competencies:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related subject
  • Minimum 3 years working in Before and After
  • School or similar programs
  • Experience implementing best practices
  • Minimum 5 years Management experience
  • Experience effectively managing budgets & contracts
  • Experience analyzing data & creating management level reports
  • Ability to build & maintain effective relationships
  • Experience in program development
  • Experience managing personnel matters
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Organizational skills & ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals & teams
  • Valid TB results and active CPR-First Aid certificate required
  • Alcohol/Drug Test and Fingerprint Clearance upon hire (paid by Harmonium)
  • Must have automobile for transportation, maintain a valid driver’s license and always have active auto insurance
